Mornings of Reflection

Fr. Tom Zelinski, Capuchin, addresses visitors on the front lawn of the retreat house.

Mornings of reflection provide an opportunity to grow in oneness with the Lord. Offered regularly throughout the year, mornings of reflection focus on a particular topic or theme and afford us a way to challenge ourselves to become more faithful disciples of Jesus. Days of Reflection typically include a light breakfast, sessions, lunch and celebration of the Eucharist. There is ample quiet time to reflect and pray on the messages and topics discussed throughout the day.

Past topics and themes include:

  • Lay Down Your Burdens – A Morning of Healing for Health Care Workers
  • Widows’ Day of Reflection
  • The Musical Heart of Blessed Solanus Casey
  • Advent Days of Reflection
  • Lenten Days of Reflection
  • Easter Days of Reflection
  • Marian Day of Reflection
  • Immersed in God’s Love
