Morning of Reflection: The Spirituality of Gestures in Mass

Gestures in rituals can always impart deeper meaning than voluminous words about something. Realizing such importance of gestures in the religious experience of humans, the Catholic tradition has carefully crafted appropriate gestures within the Eucharistic Celebration, in various times of history. Knowing the meaning of the gestures within the mass is tremendously helpful to having a prayerful and meaningful religious experience of the Mass.
