If a full weekend retreat or morning of reflection doesn’t easily fit your schedule, join us for our evening series. These short evening spiritual events include a simple meal, a presentation, group sharing and Mass. We offer a Grief Series, an evening series for those working through grief, as well as evening series during the seasons of Lent and Advent.
Our 2026 Lenten Series starts Wednesday, February 25 and runs through Wednesday, March 25.
Join us for the first day of the Lenten Series 2026 at the Capuchin Retreat Center on the theme, “THE HUMAN AND DIVINE LOVE OF THE HEART OF JESUS CHRIST,” which is the title of the Encyclical letter of Pope Francis from 2024. The five days of the Lenten Series will offer a reflection on each of the chapters of the encyclical that teach us that devotion to the heart of Jesus can open our own hearts to renewed ways we can love God and our neighbor. Along with your Lenten practices of Prayer, Penance, and Charity, join us to be nourished by the deep spiritual insights of this Encyclical.
Cost: $20 per day
You can read the full encyclical here
Join us for a three-evening grief retreat where participants will be offered insights into the grieving process.
Grief is a lifetime journey, and Br. Fred Cabras, OFM Cap., LCSW, will offer spiritual, psychological, and emotional insights to help a person process, heal, and carry the challenge of losing a loved one.
Having just come out of the holiday season can be an extra challenging time, and the loss of a loved one can feel more profound. This retreat will help you navigate your feelings and find healthy ways to honor and remember your loved one.
Monday, May 18, Tuesday, May 19 and Wednesday, May 20
